Feeling special

This past weekend we celebrated my 32nd birthday. As I've gotten older, my birthday becomes less and less important to me because I have two little one's who now, naturally take the spotlight. I have some lovely family and friends, however, who make sure and remind me just how much I'm loved.
My mom came into town and she and the kids pulled off a birthday celebration just for me with birthday goodies, cake, party blowers and balloons. My mom then kept the kids while Jacob and I went out dancing with friends. Then, the next day Jacob's parents came over and we all had a nice dinner together. It was a great birthday weekend.
