Potted garden progress and other signs of spring

Our two little potted gardens seem to be flourishing. We also had a little surprise waiting for us when we arrived home. Jacob found that a kitty had had her kittens and abandoned them at our house. There were only three there and they were very hungry when Jacob rescued them. We got to bottle feed them for a few days and luckily Jacob's mom found a lady who was willing to raise them and find homes for them.
